- Add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, light, and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
- Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and spread into a swirl.
- In a small bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon tomato mixture over whipped feta.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and extra olive oil.
- Serve with crostini, crackers, or warm bread.
Notes
Make the whipped feta base up to 2 days ahead and store refrigerated. Add topping just before serving.
