Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then toss with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, water, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer sauce 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
- Cook another 2–3 minutes until sticky and glazed.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or spice to taste. Great over rice or noodles.
