- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and bake 45–50 minutes until set.
- Prepare glaze by melting butter with honey and lemon juice, then whisk in powdered sugar.
- Pour warm glaze over loaf and cool before slicing.
