Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped artichokes, spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush edges of the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press edges to seal.
- Place filled wontons on prepared baking sheet and lightly brush tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool for 2–3 minutes and serve immediately with dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure spinach is fully drained to avoid soggy bites.
