Method
- Heat 1 cup water with sugar until dissolved. Add lavender and simmer 3–5 minutes. Steep 10 minutes.
- Strain syrup and cool completely.
- Combine lemon juice and remaining water in a pitcher.
- Stir in lavender syrup.
- Slowly add cream and mix until smooth.
- Chill, serve over ice, and garnish.
Notes
Use culinary-grade lavender only. Adjust sweetness to taste.
