Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups water divided
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Equipment

  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Citrus juicer

Method
 

  1. Heat 1 cup water with sugar until dissolved. Add lavender and simmer 3–5 minutes. Steep 10 minutes.
  2. Strain syrup and cool completely.
  3. Combine lemon juice and remaining water in a pitcher.
  4. Stir in lavender syrup.
  5. Slowly add cream and mix until smooth.
  6. Chill, serve over ice, and garnish.

Notes

Use culinary-grade lavender only. Adjust sweetness to taste.
