Method
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until opaque.
- Toss romaine with Caesar dressing and Parmesan.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill tortillas with salad and shrimp, roll and serve.
Notes
Best served fresh. Add avocado or bacon if desired.
