- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix in butter, eggs, salt, and flour until dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let rise until doubled in size.
- Mix pistachio filling ingredients.
- Roll dough, spread filling, roll into log.
- Slice into 12 rolls and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes.
- Whisk glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
