Ingredients
  

Cabbage Wedges
  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Spicy Dip
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cut cabbage into wedges, keeping core intact.
  3. Mix oil and spices, brush onto wedges.
  4. Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix dip ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Serve wedges hot with spicy dip.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast on a wire rack over the baking sheet.
