Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts or thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Brine chicken in pickle juice for at least 1 hour. Pat dry.
  2. Prepare breading station with flour mixture, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Bread chicken thoroughly and let rest 5 minutes.
  4. Fry, bake, or air fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and parmesan to make sauce.
  6. Serve crispy chicken drizzled with creamy garlic sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, add cornstarch and let breaded chicken rest before cooking.
