Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes washed and dried
  • 4 cups seedless green grapes washed and dried
Creamy Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer
  • Rubber spatula

Method
 

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the grapes until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped pecans and optional brown sugar.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Add nuts just before serving for best texture.
