- Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
- Gently fold in the grapes until evenly coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped pecans and optional brown sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Add nuts just before serving for best texture.
