Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Grinder Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking dish
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom half in baking dish.
  3. Layer meats and cheeses evenly.
  4. Spread sauce and add fresh vegetables.
  5. Top with rolls and brush with butter mixture.
  6. Bake covered 15 minutes, uncover and bake 8–10 more minutes.
