Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices ham
  • 0.5 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 0.25 cup banana pepper rings
Butter Topping
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry brush
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
  3. Layer provolone, salami, pepperoni, ham, peppers, then mozzarella.
  4. Place top half of rolls over fillings.
  5. Mix butter topping ingredients and brush over rolls.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake 8–10 minutes until golden.
  8. Rest 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add lettuce and tomato after baking for crunch.
