Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease donut pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and cider.
- Fold in pistachios and cranberries.
- Pipe into donut pan.
- Bake 12–15 minutes.
- Cool and glaze if desired.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh or lightly warmed.
