Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block style
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
Bruschetta Topping
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Mix tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish.
  5. Top with tomato mixture and drizzle with olive oil.

Notes

Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
