Method
- Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar.
- Mix in butter, egg, vanilla, salt, and flour to form dough.
- Knead until smooth and let rise 1 hour.
- Prepare strawberry filling and cheesecake filling.
- Roll dough, spread fillings, roll and slice.
- Let rise again 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–28 minutes.
- Glaze and serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
