- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped strawberries, and powdered sugar.
- Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
- Spoon filling onto one end and roll tightly. Seal edges.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dip rolls in egg mixture until coated.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook rolls seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, syrup, and extra strawberries.
