Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked.
- Remove chicken and add garlic to pan. Sauté 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer until thick.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat in sauce.
- Top with feta and herbs. Serve warm.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier results. Add chili flakes for heat.
