Method
- Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cook chicken in oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
- Add sauce and simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan and toss to coat.
- Add zucchini noodles and toss gently until just tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Do not overcook zoodles or they will become watery.
