Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, spices, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl.
- Roll into 1½-inch meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
- Whisk all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss baked meatballs in sauce over medium heat.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing sriracha. Great for sliders, bowls, or appetizers.
