Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all meatball ingredients until just combined.
- Roll mixture into 1½-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, combine all firecracker sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
- Simmer over medium heat 5–7 minutes until thick and glossy.
- Whisk creamy drizzle ingredients until smooth.
- Toss baked meatballs in sauce and drizzle with creamy mixture before serving.
Notes
Adjust sriracha for heat level. These freeze well and reheat beautifully.
