- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add bananas, egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake 22–28 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.

For extra flavor, add nuts or chocolate chips.
