Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and salt.
  5. Pour over crust and bake 35–40 minutes.
  6. Cool, chill 3 hours, then top with caramel and sea salt.

Notes

Chill fully before slicing for clean bars.
