Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, sour cream, and salt.
- Pour over crust and bake 35–40 minutes.
- Cool, chill 3 hours, then top with caramel and sea salt.
Notes
Chill fully before slicing for clean bars.
