Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into pie dish. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Spread filling into crust and smooth top.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Garnish and serve.

Notes

For best texture, use creamy peanut butter and full-fat cream cheese.
