- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Add lemon zest and juice. Toss everything together.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Great served over rice, quinoa, pasta, or with crusty bread.
