Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Dice mangoes and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Slice avocados and add them gently to the bowl.
  3. Add red onion and cilantro.
  4. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately for best freshness.

Notes

Best served fresh. Add chili flakes for heat or protein for a full meal.
