Ingredients
  

Chicken Shawarma
  • 1.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Flatbread Assembly
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables lettuce, tomato, cucumber

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken evenly. Marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.
  4. Warm flatbreads lightly on grill or skillet.
  5. Assemble flatbreads with sauce, chicken, and vegetables. Serve immediately.
