Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Score borders lightly.
- In a bowl, whisk goat cheese, egg, cream, honey, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon filling into centers of pastry squares.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.

Add caramelized onions or spinach for extra flavor.
