Method
- Simmer cherries, water, and sugar for 8–10 minutes until softened.
- Blend and strain the syrup. Stir in cinnamon. Let cool.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee and cool completely.
- Fill two glasses with ice and add cherry cinnamon syrup.
- Pour in coffee, then top with milk.
- Stir gently and garnish as desired.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and spice to taste. Store syrup refrigerated up to 1 week.
