Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 0.5 green apple cored and chopped
  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup cold water or ice
  • 1 tsp honey optional

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add almond milk and water or ice to the blender first.
  2. Add spinach, banana, apple, and frozen pineapple.
  3. Add chia seeds and nut butter.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture and drink immediately for best nutrition.
