Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment and place wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken dry and prepare three bowls: flour with salt/pepper, eggs with milk, and panko with Parmesan and spices.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Place coated tenders on rack and bake 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over chicken and return to oven 5 minutes.
- Optional: Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
Notes
For extra crunch, use a wire rack and avoid overcrowding the pan.
