Method
- Preheat oven broiler on high.
- Cut lobster shells and lift meat slightly out of shell.
- Melt butter with garlic over low heat until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Spoon garlic butter over lobster.
- Broil 8–10 minutes until opaque and tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overcooking lobster to keep it tender.
