- Combine milk, sugar, and yeast. Let bloom 5 minutes.
- Add butter, egg, vanilla, and flour. Knead until smooth.
- Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
- Mix strawberry filling ingredients.
- Roll dough, spread filling, roll and slice.
- Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake 350°F for 22–25 minutes.
- Glaze and serve warm.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and color.
