Method
- In a bowl, whisk flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix to form dough.
- Knead until smooth, about 6–8 minutes.
- Fold in feta, herbs, and garlic.
- Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes.
- Divide into 8 balls and roll into circles.
- Cook in hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side.
- Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.

Best served fresh, but can be frozen up to 2 months.
