Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or oregano chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Garlic Butter
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Fold in feta, herbs, and garlic.
  5. Cover and let rise 45–60 minutes.
  6. Divide into 8 balls and roll into circles.
  7. Cook in hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side.
  8. Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Best served fresh, but can be frozen up to 2 months.
