Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk warm
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
Blackberry Filling
  • 2 cups blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Vanilla Glaze
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare yeast with warm milk and sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix in butter, eggs, salt, and flour to form soft dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth, cover, and let rise until doubled.
  4. Cook blackberries with sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thick. Cool.
  5. Roll dough, spread filling, roll up, and slice into rolls.
  6. Let rolls rise again, then bake at 350°F until golden.
  7. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
