Ingredients
  

Greek Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Flatbread and Toppings
  • 4 naan flatbreads
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion sliced
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives sliced

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Brush flatbread with olive oil and place in skillet oil-side down.
  4. Top with mozzarella, chicken, feta, and tomatoes. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from heat and top with cucumber, onion, olives, and herbs.
  6. Drizzle with tzatziki, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture.
