Method
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken to coat.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil and place in skillet oil-side down.
- Top with mozzarella, chicken, feta, and tomatoes. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and top with cucumber, onion, olives, and herbs.
- Drizzle with tzatziki, slice, and serve warm.
