Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • pink food coloring optional
Strawberry Marshmallow Layer
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam optional

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and pink food coloring until smooth.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Swirl in strawberry jam if using.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth top.
  6. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
  7. Garnish with extra marshmallows or crushed strawberries, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For a brighter pink, use more food coloring; store in airtight container.
