Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and pink food coloring until smooth.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Swirl in strawberry jam if using.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth top.
- Refrigerate 2–3 hours until firm.
- Garnish with extra marshmallows or crushed strawberries, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
For a brighter pink, use more food coloring; store in airtight container.
