Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 0.5 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pink food coloring optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry jam, vanilla, salt, and food coloring.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Use low heat to prevent chocolate from burning. Chill fully before slicing.
