Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate and condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in strawberry jam, vanilla, salt, and food coloring.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour into pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Use low heat to prevent chocolate from burning. Chill fully before slicing.
