Ingredients
  

Tart Base
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 1-2 pears thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg beaten

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and place on sheet. Score a border.
  3. Brush edges with egg wash.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce inside border.
  5. Layer brie slices evenly over sauce.
  6. Arrange pear slices on top.
  7. Drizzle with honey and bake 20–25 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm. Add nuts or herbs for variation.
