Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Score a 1-inch border around the pastry and prick the center with a fork.
- Brush border with beaten egg.
- Layer sliced brie over the center of the pastry.
- Arrange pear slices on top of the brie.
- Toss cranberries with honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice, then spoon over pears.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, slice and serve.
Notes
Best served warm. Add nuts or herbs for extra texture and flavor.
