Ingredients
  

Swirl Base
  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 lime juiced

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Blend pineapple, half banana, half coconut milk, half lime juice, and sweetener until smooth.
  2. Blend dragon fruit, remaining banana, coconut milk, vanilla, remaining lime juice, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spoon alternating layers into bowl and swirl gently.
  4. Freeze 30 minutes for firmer texture if desired.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker swirl, use less liquid and fully frozen fruit.
