- Peel and dice mangoes and place in a large bowl.
- Slice cucumbers thinly and add to the bowl with onion.
- Whisk lime juice, zest, ginger, olive oil, honey, salt, and chili flakes.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.

- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
