- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Whisk in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture gently.
- Stir in sour cream or yogurt.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 50–55 minutes. Cool completely.
- Heat cream and butter, pour over chocolate chips and stir smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled bread and let set.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
