Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 3 cups napa cabbage sliced
  • 2 cups red cabbage sliced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 2 cups chicken breast cooked, shredded
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 0.5 cup wonton strips
Dressing
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup neutral oil

Method
 

  1. Combine cabbages, carrots, chicken, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Top with almonds, wonton strips, and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

For best crunch, add toppings just before serving.
