- Slice potatoes thinly, rinse to remove starch, and pat dry.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the baking pan.
- Arrange potato slices in a circular overlapping pattern in the pan.
- Drizzle butter and olive oil; sprinkle garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake 25–30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.
