- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Squeeze excess moisture from hash browns using a kitchen towel.
- Mix hash browns with oil, seasoning, and cheese.
- Press mixture into muffin cups to form nests.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Crack one egg into each nest.
- Bake an additional 12–15 minutes until eggs are set.
- Cool briefly, garnish, and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure potatoes are very dry before baking.
