- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a towel.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, zucchini, eggs, garlic, Parmesan, herbs, and spices.
- Add flour and stir until mixture holds together.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form small patties and place into the skillet.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer to a wire rack and repeat with remaining mixture.

Serve with yogurt sauce or your favorite dip.
