Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 lb Italian sausage casings removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown sausage in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in cream and broth; simmer gently.
  5. Add gnocchi, spinach, and Parmesan; mix well.
  6. Transfer to baking dish, top with mozzarella.
  7. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Let rest 5 minutes before serving for best texture.
