- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, season, and sear until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and toast briefly.
- Add broth and chicken. Cover and simmer.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan.
- Add spinach and cook until creamy.
Notes
Add extra broth if needed when reheating.
