Method
- Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Season chicken and sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan and seasonings.
- Add pasta and chicken. Toss well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
