Method
- Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan and seasonings until smooth.
- Return chicken and add pasta. Toss to coat.
- Adjust with pasta water if needed. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
